Refunds and/or exchanges are offered within a 15 day period after your order is marked as delivered.
Sale/Discounted items are FINAL SALE. Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Exchanges:
Apparel items should be clean, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition they were recieved.
Returned items should have no visible signs of wear or use.
Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) that are being exchanged.
An exchange can be done at an in-person event such as a convention artist alley, but please contact the shop via email to coordinate.
Refunds:
I am not responsible for package theft.
If the items are not to your liking you may return the with the 15 day period from the date of delivery.
Items should be clean, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition they were recieved.
Keychains and other items should be free of any signs of wear or use.
Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item for return.
